Actually Dragonfly, I'm a Londoner - I moved to America about a year ago. That's why I'm so keen to get a piece of pud - you just can't find the stuff in Texas. Just regular pouring cream with it btw, although I've never tried it with ice cream, maybe that would be fun

Oh man, you've brought back some memories of school dinners, and especially of school desserts. Chocolate sponge pudding with chocolate custard. If they ain't got that stuff in heaven, I ain't going.

Texas pudding is great-- a layer of chocolate, a layer of vanilla, then chocolate(all puddings) again... a fine crust on the bottom... I am afraid I've never made it, so I can't give you more details!!!
