There! That should make her revert to a human, although it will take a few hours to kick in.

In case you're all wondering what it was I gave Mari, it was an injection of iron that I borrowed from a conveniently placed doctor's surgery.

*Wades back to the shore where Kes is still standing with his smouldering foot in the sea*

I think mari-rae's getting better. She's not swimming as fast as before and I'm beginning to understand what she's singing.

I'm sure that Mari's injection is starting to kick in but if it doesn't, we can get that nice Doctor to administer another (I'm sure he'll have an up to date life insurance policy!).

*Kes moves round to just fine of square leg, in case G. sends another spinner down. He opens his beer and drinks ....*
