I believe what he means is that the cotton y-fronts of which we are most familiar should not make much noise even if they do carry certain samples of our DNA structure. But as these ones are made of wood and nails, it's hardly suprising they sound similar to an old whale boat. An interesting look. And an excellent conversation starter at parties I'm sure...
