I just wanted to se if I was the only one from Northern Ireland or nor. I haven't found anybody else yet. Everyone seems to be from the rest of the UK, or even in Europe or somewhere else.

Hi Not panicing yet, have you asked this in Ask h2g2? You're bound to reach more Researchers that way.


Why not start up a Northern Ireland Researchers group, that way you will be able to find local Researchers easily, and even arrange meet ups.

Let me know if you do, and I'll publicise it.

OK, i was asked where i was in ireland. it's a wee town in the very north of County Londonderry called Coleraine. ever heard of it?

Just make a new entry, call it something funky, then you can see if you can get other locals interested.

I live on the edge of Belfast, in a nice wee spot.
I have been to Coleraine, on a number of occassions. Had a few mad experiences up there!
On Friday Il be very close to Coleraine, as Im taking a trip up to Portrush!

i live on the edge of Belfast, near the zoo.
Iv been in Coleraine a few times, I was going out for a while, with a girl that lived up there( not gonna tell you her name incase you know her)
Anyways, It wasnt a bad place, but I cant say that I done much when I was there. There is a drive thru BurgerKing! We dont even have that in Belfast! In fact its the only Drive thru Burger King Iv ever seen! Oh im so Jealous.
Im not sure if Coleraine got City status, did it?
I know Lisburn and Newry got it.

do we really have the only drive thu Burger King? surely that's enough to make us a city then. btw, we didn't get it. we're still just a town. i think there's something fundamentally wrong with the universe.

Rumour has it That there is a drive thru Burger King in Ards. I don't really know anybody from Ards, so it's possible. I will agree with you that it should be enough to make coleraine a city (Belfast doesn't even have a drive-thru Burger King!).
