Ah smiley - choc
I have no weakness for the stuff, I hardly eat smiley - choc.
Yes being off is good, not that I would really know about it.
I took a few days off, and had a great time doing the usual things.
Its kind of depressing to be back, and not off sunning one-self.

OK guys, I'm originally from Norn Iron, born in Stroke City, grew up in Castlerock, my parents now live in Portstewart, I lived in Belfast for over 10 years and still own a house there (phew!)

So yes, i know Coleraine well - went to school there. Way too small to be a city (although Lisburn???????)

I remember when I was at Queens Uni (many many years ago) ...this was before there was a MacDonalds or Burger King anywhere in NI, and I knew a fellow student who craved a Big Mac so much he went all the way to Dublin (the nearest McDs)to get one.

What's the weather like there today? here in Luxembourg it's warm and sunny

I went to Coleraine High too! back in the days of Miss Duffin. Bottle green uniforms havent changed then, eh? They really were so flattering (not!)

You're up awful early for a student!

well i have a lecture soon
yeah those bottle grren tents we had to wear for skirts were awful. though get this - they got rid of the moses sandles when i was in first year (i'm first year uni now) and they've got school fleeces now too. they're even apparently allowed to wear slip on shoes cos it's more feminine. huh??

Kitten heel Jimmy Choos?

Sorry, too much Sex and the City. And I mean in inverted commas.

Fleeces v. sensible in that part of the world, i always end up buying another one from the Fruit of the Loom shop on Portstewart prom, cos I never have enough warm clothes to combat the "brisk breeze"

i know - it's freezing up here. i'll always remember sitting in mr. mcmorris' biology class in school with the windows open in december. did you have the joys of that too?

Don't remember Mr McMorris. Mr Semple taught me Physics - I gather he's still there?

It was the petty rules that got me - no eating in school uniform (obviously excepting school dinners, the object was to prevent the little darlings being seen walking down Lodge Road with a half consumed Mars Bar )

and no being down town with your coat unbuttoned! Even if you did have your lovely green uniform on, skirt the right length an' everything!

That is grave news indeed your grace (Lordship? I seem to recall Grace can only be a Bishop...)

About the clubs I mean. Not you not wearing mini skirts.

Which clubs are "happnin'" these days? Last time I was in Belfast I was in Milk. Is it called that cos it's like Cream only not as rich?

You're probably young enough to go to the Manhattan without being mistaken for someone's mother (are you sure you won't give the mini skirt a go?)

Or is it the M club now.....
