The bright spot for me in this world wide economic crisis is that the dollar will go father in England than the last time I was there. Unless things change drastically between now and then.

I did learn then that you're not suppose to call it a toilet seat

I always thought that a toilet seat would be a strange logo for a brewery

I hope there will be a daytime event for those of us who don't particularly enjoy the pub experience for whatever reason. A chance to visit and get better acquainted without all the noise and hubbub. Is MMF the one to contact about that?

I'm on the case, now I have arranged to have the day of, and cancelled my attendance at a gig I was meant to attend.

I am scouring the info for events that are both free, and chargeable, to give a good choice!

You should all have plenty of that!

Museums, Galleries, open air activities, milestone celebrations! You name it, I've found it!

Due to be posted in mid Feb, so a decision can be made by late March!!! Hope that's with you all.

Yes I believe MMF will be looking to disorganise I mean organise something for daytime as we nearer the time
Of course, there is useually the 'alternative afternoon event', but that is often very simular to the evening event as it largely involves sitting at a wooden table drinking fermented vegetable products and contemplating the whereabouts of n i g h t h o o v e r

I definitely can't do this now: got a weekend camping meet the weekend before and the Bearded Theory festival the weekend after.

I'd love to see lots of you again but camping and a festie about the only things that are always going to win out over a pub!

Oh, fella, looks like my gig on Wednesday in London will potentially be finished by about 3ish... so if it does and the weather is as shitty as it is at the moment I'll likely not head straight back to the inevitalbe snow on the line replacemnt bus service.... pressuming I can even get to London on the Tuesday eve...
