The White Album is brilliant! There are some of their weakest songs (Pass Me By, Revolution #9, Glass Onion) but it's their most emotional (Julia), angry (Helter Skelter) and funny (Why Don't We do it in te Road) album i.m.o...
Personally I think Let it Be is their weakest album; too much half-baked songs, te playings a bit sloppy...

I agree, let it be was a weak album. I haven't got the white album yet, its arriving in the next few days.

Think all their albums have good songs on them and all have some not-so-good songs. Or is it just me?

Well, Rubber Soul and Revolver come pretty close to albums without weak tracks (the only exception being Run for yor Life), Within You Without You is quite good (it gives you a chance to pour a drink between Mr. Kite and When I'm '64).

Let me try to explain:
1) The song is compared to the others songs on Rubber Soul (funny, even a bit hippy-like (The Word)) harsh and blunt. After all these song you get the dark and jealous side of Lennon
2)The song is the worst-recorded song...bad edits, vocal harmonies not sounding very good...
Maybe it would sound better on the Help- or Beatles for Sale-album

I'll join the lonely hearts club, no doubt I'll be a lonely heart soon anyway, plus I'm only recently discovering my penchant for The Beatles. I've owned 1 for ages but it wasn't until I dl Sgt Pepper's that I realised just why they're such an influence, I have Mystery Tour too, thinking of getting The Beatles next

By The Beatles I of course meant The White Album, the former being its official and less fun title
I've just realised I'm extra special for this group as it was created on my 18th Birthday, I think that makes me official Lord and Ruler of you all, now kneel before me slaves, mwahahaha
*tiny, whimperish voice* Please let me in
