You can call me TC Posted Oct 7, 2000
Good - come and help me choose a record and tell me all about yourself in my cosy corner. I've got a bottle of Dornfelder here (trying to be patriotic) and no glasses. So we'll have to drink out of the bottle.
Anyway, I've got cold hands, ....er how can I get them warm before I chill the wine?
It's nearly cool enough for a fire in here. I'll bring a sack of coal around tomorrow.
Right - now to these records - do you really only like Beatles or have you heard other bands too?

GB, thanks, I would love to greet newbies, but: what's this 'Top secret thread'?! Can you give me a hint?

Boy how unromantic. My feet are cold, too - but the rest of me's not. Good, you come over here and I'll show you some nice music.

the heating's still broken but i'm feeling better now
give me your feet, TC i'm sure we can work it out.
Kasia, why don't you join us, don't sit and wait, change the gloves with a bottle of wine.
So come on now, TC, what kinda music?
btw, i've brought something with me, some chocolate cake and 'sunday morning' by the Velvet Underground

That takes me back. Chocolate cake. Does it contain alcohol?

Velvet underground to match my velvet cushions in decadent red, velvet-textured chocolate cake - I am tempted to say "Who needs a man?", but that's not very flirtatious, is it?

Was a bit far fetched. Just the thought of mirrors and looking at people. It was the line that Bogie was supposed to have said to Ingrid Bergmann in Casablanca which he didn't. Or was it Play it again Sam which he didn't say?
So back to square one. *Plumps up cushions and wipes lipstick off glass*

Did they bit of flirting die a death or did you two sneak off somewhere else ?
