And thanks for your nice words about my Cottage. Yes, I enjoy living in the Village. Although running the Crossed Purposes Pub don't give me much free time (as well as because of RL). Now I have a dog, so I will spend more time at my cottage and on walks with Vesta, my german pointer lady.

I'm Phillipa, her niece. I run the tea shoppe while Auntie is busy.

*Gives Xanthe the pound cake, some apple bars, chocolate candies and brings out a fresh pot of tea. Does the same for Kasia.*

Xanthe is a pretty name. Have you been with G-A long? Kasia, I love your Vesta. She can come into the Shoppe anytime.

Xanthe: not very long, no.

But methinks, Vesta must learn some good behaviour in public places (if you know, what I mean).

So, what's the story with you and God? Got a thing going for Him? He's pretty cute, although quiet. He must have a lot on His mind.

My husband, Rob left me. Just went out for cigarettes and never came back. Lipsbury Pinfold, our Village Librarian found him for me. The idiot was still waiting in line for the shop to open. I'm divorcing him now.

Xanthe:

Any preference to flavor? We have mint, chamomile, apple cinnamon, peach; lots of others.

Kasia, have you decided on a costume for the Halloween Party? I'm just making a sign for it to hang in the Shoppe window as an open invitation for everyone to come.

*walks in*

*sets his two halves of coconuts in the pouch*
Can I have magenta tea for my horse, please. He is feeling a bit ill today. Since we have travelled a long journey and there is much to do.

*takes out two halves of coconuts and pour half of the tee in to them*

I just came back from Kingdom of Dreams and now I'm heading for back to my Keep. I noticed your beautiful village and could not go without saying 'hi!'.
*finishes his tea and takes coconuts*

*Comes into the Shoppe and finds things very quiet.*

Phillipa, why don't you take some time off? I need a bit of a rest after this past week at the Halloween Party. Sorry you couldn't attend that, my girl. You can go to the next party, I promise. We had a fabulous time, but I am frankly not as young as I used to be. The Shoppe looks very nice, my dear. You've been doing a wonderful job running things. Time for you to have some fun now. That's it, undo your apron and go out.

*Kisses her niece on the cheek and shoos her out the door. Goes into the Shoppe's kitchen and comes out with a steaming mug of English Breakfast tea and a plate of scones and jam for herself.*

*Just then the door burst open. Outside is windy and raining heavily, so at first it if difficult to see who is there. But then a distinctive voice is heard*

Business going downhill I see. I'll just put my bags here if I may. Tell me what's been going on while I've been on my important business.
*Lady C puts several suitcases and bags right in the middle of the tea shoppe, takes the tea and scones, and polishes them off in record time*
More tea please, and in a proper cup this time. No wonder you can't get any custom. Mugs indeed.
