Hmmm... I _have_ got a compound I've been working on that's supposed to replace coffee, but it isn't fully developed yet. I've got the taste right but still didn't manage to mix in the caffeine.

I hate to burst your bubble, Doctor, but the musical device doesn't cause the changes to the time stream. That's all me.

I just need the pennywhistle to help channel my powers. I could still do stuff, but nothing nearly as interesting. Under stress, I might be able to change a twenty foot drop to be a twisted ankle instead of a broken leg, but that's about the limit of it.

I'm not entirely sure how the pennywhistle works myself, to tell you the truth. Most of it's magic. The science parts of it were done by Afgncaap5 and Garius Lupus at CLI.
