*Comes back with a big canister of 'Insect-Kill!' and sprays it on the monster-spider, which has moved away from the bag in the commotion of tent-setting-up. This appears to have no effect. Shrugs and sticks a lighter in front of the nozzle. Shoots flame out of the canister, engulfing the spider-monster, which screams, then curls up and falls slowly into ashes. This happens, luckily, downwind of the entire Campsite and, for that matter, all of h2g2.*
There, I think that takes care of that.

There is quite a lot of it. We're just in the process of rebuilding LKs tent after the last one burnt down.

Is it just me, or did the Campsite population die down just as the weather is becoming top-notch. I wouldn't mind an RL camping trip right now.

Personally, I blame the die-out on my going to Mexico and not posting for a long time. Self centered? Yes. But, it could be true...

And on the fact that there are five people in my parents' house, only one computer, and lots of games. In those conditions, h2g2 really doesn't get a look-in I'm afraid.

i must say that that is SO self centered, i think it is because i was gone this whole last week in that case(i must say i am that you dont post in much of my stuff anymore though)

hmm, the wonderfully asynchronous world of h2g2, where it takes 2 months to put up my parents old frame tent, and picnics last for weeks...

[i mean, it took ages to put up anyway, but only a couple of hours, while me and my sister went for a swim or something to get away from the heat and cursing!]
