Dea.. - call me Mrs B! Posted Dec 22, 2007
I wrapped up all my pressies to go under the tree last night. Bought an amazingly huge toy elephant for my neice, it doesn't fit under the tree, so I'll not bother wrapping the hippo!

Tubes are my bugbear! It is impossible to get the ends neat!

I spent all day trawling round looking for a DVD, nowt special, just a film we could watch if the telly is carp on Tuesday!
I found a boxed set of Desperate Housewives (for 120 quid!),some Steven Seagal film and about 100, 000 cartoons in Greek!
Liking neither Desperate Housewives, Steven Seagal nor Greek cartoons, DDD and I may have to talk to each other after dinner!
The chance of buying one for a pressie is therefore slim!

Just picked up a special addition of Nightmare Before Christmas in the supermarket for £6. Hitchhikers Guide was on last night too. D'you think either of these things would reach you in time if I posted them now?

We had Willow on at 2am. Was just about to go to bed, but had to stay up and watch it.
Rather fab Peter Pan with Jason Isaacs was on this afternoon too. Even DDD liked it, though I wouldn't be showing it to any small kids!!
Looks like the Chrismas telly won't be that bad, although Spiderman 2 is the best they can do for Christmas night!!

I face the same problem as I do every year. I know I should go out but when you have a house full of booze and a miles walk to the nearest pub you think 'WHY?'

I'll come round to yours then shall I?
I have booze but no food or fags and I cant go out cos I am waiting for the sofas to be delivered. In great state of trepidation cos I am sure what looked, bright cheerful and cosy in the shop will look in your face garish and blurghhhhhhh when they get here
Key: Complain about this post
