He has a large degree of freedom in that area, yes.
Baring him deciding to teach assination techniques, or anything unacceptable to today's equal lifestyle.

hurry up, folks, my page is overflowing with the monsters that I've caught, and they're starting to get restless...
I have their parents' signatures on consent forms, but I don't like leaving the little fellows down there in the sewers unattended.
cute little fella, isn't he?
See if Echidna would like to run the nursery...

ex-R told me she needed some help with her monsters. I said I'd help her, she got upset when I told her that they might make tasty treats. She said nooooooo! Your suppose to play with them. I told her ,it bad manners to play with your food.
she is alway so strict about my diet.

Yes, yes, happy birthday to you, ex-Rambling.
Not sure what qualifies as a , so to be
on the safe side, I brought (1.) My pet dragon,
Nancy, (2.) a very charming little sea serpent,
and (3.) a banter who talks far too much, but
might come in handy when the conversation here
falters. Okay, s, rev your engines!
