If anyone not already affiliated with a ministry would like a long, impressive-sounding but really totally meaningless title, then join mine - I'm thinking about setting up a recruitment thread on the Department's page. Ok, so the department currently consists of a couple of Portakabins but I want to put in some Ministerial work before building the building...
