My evil lair would have Des O'Connor, Max Bygraves and Cilla Black songs blaring out 24 hours a day from reinforced 10 meter speakers . Wouldn’t really keep people away but at least it would guarantee that the ones that did come were old and harmless.
The only drinks available would be Ovaltine and the Bond girls and boys would be required to wear frumpy uniforms and have spent at least 30 years correcting spelling mistakes at the Guardian and another 20 proof reading the Sun.
No decent secret agent would be seen dead in a place like this....
