I would have my lair under the ground, the enterance would be a cript in an old and spooky graveyard...
as for special features i would have spy crowbots, (robot crows) and rase my own army of killer zombies...
as for defences i would have my bace surrounded by a thick lair of lead and the marble cript would be adapted to reflect lazors... I would have to take over the universe of course because the world just isnt impresive enough
Uniforms, er... red like the emperors troopers from starwars...

I've decided the best place to evil lair yourself is in America because you can drive for ages and ages and see no sign of human life...so nobody would ever notice if you were doing something naughty and evil somewhere.

Be careful, I heard a whisper that the zombies and crowbots were fed up with their sorry lot in life {or unlife in the case of the zombies}and wre planning to go Union! You'll have to hire a whole nother group just to keep up the paperwork.
