we do have laundry staff yes. but we also have very specialised nurses whom you seem to think are only dribs and drabs from other sh groups.

That's healing well, as can be expected. There's absolutely nothing stopping her waking up. Perhaps we ought to try a stimulant. But I'm not doing that on my own.
