What sort of distraction?

I was thinking an explosion big enough and close enough to the gate to distract the gaurds beside it. Hopefully we can get a team through, probably disguised, in the resulting chaos.

Contact our operatives on Bubastis immediately, and ask for some sort of distraction. We'll have to go in incognito- don't want to advertise our presence quite yet, and then we can reach the commander.

We can't carry any excess bagage. The team that goes will have to be small.

No- maybe half night ops, and half commandos. We need stealth and strength.

I was thinking smaller, stealth not firepower. You, me, Hussassan and Major Khamsin. Both SG3 and SG6 can be standing by ready to mobilise should we need firepower to try and take control of the gate, be it for a limited time.

Khamsin is out of commission, but one of his team can go. Hussassan, you up for this?

I understand those three, but why me?

Because since the Colonel was abducted you seem to have been the quickest and cleverest person in the SGC. You kept your head in the firefight and you know the enemy. Were not carring anyone, your there because I think the mission will be more likely to succeed with you than without you. The only problem is we're equal rank. I can only request not order.

*Purses her lips, and considers.*

Do I have to put on the temple girl outfit again?

I think it's better if we appropriate jaffa armour. Four guards will draw less attention than three and a scantily clad hostess.

Hussassan, would that be feasible?
