Ok, you willingness has been noted
Bob, can you tell us anything about Shiva's history
Briefing Room
Scandrea Posted Nov 15, 2004
Are you sure a suicide mission would be the way to go? It seems like an awful waste...
Briefing Room
Reefgirl (Brunel Baby) Posted Nov 15, 2004
Don't worry I'm not going with that alternative unless I absolutly have no choice but to

Well, just look at this for a moment.
*Scandrea passes Reef an aerial photo.*
I was working on the remote sensing images of Bubastis just before I came in. The bit circled in red I've determined is fill dirt. Now, the building on top of it looks pretty important, so it's been well-compacted before it has been built on, but nothing is ever perfect. Especially when you try to put it on a cliff wall overlooking the cut bank of a stream.
If we can get that fill dirt to move, that part of the building will be destroyed or severely damaged, causing a nice little distraction that should let our operative get through the gate relatively easily. And minimal cat deaths involved.
*Sits back, waiting for the onslaught of questions.*

A good flash flood in an arid climate like this, yes, but it would have to be a big one. Explosives would be quicker, and we could time the gate better. A few charges at the bottom of the slope, a remote detonation, and *motions with her hands* fwoom! There goes your hillside and your building!

I'll leave that in your capible hands Scandrea, if you'd like to liase with Major Khamsin of SG-6, Major Pazuzo of SG-2 and Hussassan see if you can all come up with a plan
Anyone else?

It's your plan, you're the expert, it's only fair that you run the op

[Faizhar]When we go through, we can pretend ye are my prisonsers. The high council recently obtained a few Shiva guard suits of armour, I can tell the guards I am bringing a tribute from Shiva to get us past the gate. This will be less suspicious than a 'Gou'uld' walking through with three unrestrained humans.

bubba-fretts Posted Nov 16, 2004
How many suits of armour have you procured. If there is enough might I suggest SG3 for your body guard routine.

Scandrea Posted Nov 16, 2004
*Looks rather like a fish opening and closing her mouth a few times, but giving up, and going back to the equations she's sketched on the paper.*

Reefgirl (Brunel Baby) Posted Nov 16, 2004
I'd like to go to Shiva's planet seeing as little is known about him, I still have a templemaids outfit
*Blushes*
If that's what you can call it, basically it was a couple of bits of string and a piece of chamois leather, I could pretend to be a new addition to his temple
*Blushes again*
I hope it's a hot planet, Colonel O'Neill said that outfit was...
*Thinks*
....the stuff fantasies are made of

Apollyon - Grammar Fascist Posted Nov 16, 2004
No. SG3 is all humans. the gurds would immediately sense that and open fire. We are attempting to sneak in, plant the bomb, and get out.
Briefing Room
bubba-fretts Posted Nov 16, 2004
*nods head slightly*
In that case I'll have SG3 waiting beside our stargate. Ready should you need them.
*looks at Colonel Reefgirl imagining the outfit in question*
