WanderingAlbatross - Wing-tipping down the rollers of life's ocean.

I am already the proud posesssor of the blue hairy trews so all this rushing around is of littlr interest to me. So there.

Mornin All, lovely sunny morning over here, a tad nippy but way hay no rain, yet.

It's like having fresh sheets and going to bed straight from the bath, don't you think?

Good Doctor Zomnker (This must be Tuesday," said GDZ to himself, sinking low over his Dr. Pepper, "I never could get the hang of Tuesdays.")

Morning all.

Yes Milla, a new thread is always good.

Quite the rainstorm last night, the water pushed over our garbage cans and I have to go out and retrieve garbage in the middle of a lightning filled downpour. Funny thing is, A was freaking out but the cats were fine.

Asteroid Lil - Offstage Presence

Well, the conversation in the Atelier has slowed down, we've lost some people, and lately we haven't really been discussing anything, just sharing personal news.

But I've found that it's not much use manufacturing discussion topics; they have to come up by themselves.

Titania (gone for lunch)

Here's something that I pondered upon this morning in the bathroom - if you could grow an extra limb or body part, what would it be?

I'd go for a third arm as I often find myself having both hands full and carrying something between my teeth.

Amy Pawloski, aka 'paper lady'--'Mufflewhump'?!? click here to find out... (ACE)

I've often wished for an extra arm, or at least a fully prehensile tail--and I started wishing long, *long* before I even met Tom, much less becoming a mom.

What about growing about half a foot taller? That way, I'd be nearer my correct BMI...
Are we allowed to grow wings as extra limbs? I'd have endless fun shouting 'Gordon's Alive!' in a Brian Blessed voice. Oh, and flying.

Not overweight but undertall? smiley - ok Always liked Garfield's take on that smiley - smiley

The prehensile tail sounds smiley - cool, Amy - I'd sign up for one as well.

Tail or wings? *very* tough call.

I'd prefer the wings, but I have a fear of falling. The tail would be seriously cool, but only to help with work/menial tasks. Whereas wings, wow, you could fly!
Or fall.

WanderingAlbatross - Wing-tipping down the rollers of life's ocean.

I've always found wings to be great asset. You can operate in another dimension which is handy for sight seeing, evading invading vikings and of course wingtipping down ocean rollers, mega fun. Tails are ok but mainly for aerial dexterity.

There has been many an occasion when I wished I resembled an octopus. Mostly when trying to tidy and wishing I had one hand spare for the bannister.

minichessemouse - Ahoy there me barnacle!

I think for me it would have to be a tail, afterall I *am* a mouse smiley - silly

S has a job interview Saturday, so if anyone has any good vibes spare we could use them. The job is only 14 hours per week but it's better than nothing.

Minismiley - mouse

I think prehensile tail gets my vote too. More for being smiley - cool than useful.

I've just bought a Prescription Pre-payment Card. The website told me I had to be resident in England, so I briefly felt sorry for the Scots and Welsh, before it occurred to me that the card would be of no use when prescriptions are free anyway.

I think I'd go for an extra right arm until my carpal tunnel is taken care of. After that, definitely a prehensile tail!

I believe I posted *an extra limb or body part smiley - evilgrin

To fly, I think you'd need two? Although Witty would probably make do with one extra eye at the back of her head.

*wondering if she herself might have been a setter in a previous life, considering how carefully she carries items between her front teeth - so that they won't get wet from saliva*
