Gusts up to 50 mph, sunny (unless the dust arrives). Yup, it's autumn.
Last night I dreamed I was in a hotel, woke up (in my dream, in the hotel room), and started walking around, looking for my wheelchair. I was extremely cross, believing it to have been stolen. The feeling was so vivid that I was halfway surprised to see my wchair in its usual place by the bed when I awoke for real.

If you were in a hotel rather than your own house - does that count as an out of body experience
It's definitely autumn here in my wee corner of Englandshire. The leaves are beginning to change and the colours are wonderful.
My morning included wasting forty minutes of my life arguing with someone in a department store which is suppose to pride itself on customer service.
I won't bore you with the details but their lifetime guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on. Harrumnph.
I reeeeelllly do need to get a job

I love the expression guaranteed for life. Who's life yours or the item. So it breaks after 6 months, that was it's life.

I'm having a hard time remembering my dreams these days. Wonder if that indicates something? Other than the obvious "brains turning to mush", that is. And no matter how much sleep I get, I'm still tired when I wake up.
It's going to be a rainy day and evening for us. But not a cold rain.

I rarely remember my dreams, Hypatia. I assumed it was because I sleep very soundly and am not woken up during the dreamtime.
Something my doctor recommended to me was to regulate my sleep patterns and not to sleep for more than eight hours (I was getting nine or ten) because it makes you want to sleep more.
I can't remember if I've already said that here. Sorry if I have repeated myself.
I can't see the weather from inside. I can see a tiny patch of grey sky through the bars.

I rarely remember my dreams. I get a regular 5 hours of a night but I nap during the day Shh.. in an office by myself, don't tell anyone.

Vip, I usually sleep between five and seven hours. I feel no more rested after seven than I do after five. Makes no sense.

Poor sleep seems to be the fashionable thing around here. Last night, I got a lousy five to six with plenty of nightmares. I feel deeply meh today.

Got another job application off. I am aiming for one a week, and got one off last week and one off today. This one sounds very doable, though I'm not in love with it: it is more of an arranged marriage because I'm pushing 30 and the aunties are whispering.

Your aunties may be whispering - mine are rolling their eyes and making loud, acerbic remarks.

I'm told (by a nurse) that thyroid meds can give you vivid dreams.

My dreams are usually of the 'what the was that all about' variety .

So if we were bought what by google or some such company , we would have to carry advertisments . I wonder what averts would be placed on a H2G2 page ? I was thinking incontinance trousers and Gin

[Ag - Back in Blighty, rushed off feet, so much for relaxing holidays, please forgive continued incommunicado]
