The moon was incredibly bright here *this morning* (about 7-ish or so). I thought I accidentally left my porch light on overnight.

If the lava lamps do stop humming i will probably go into panic mode (think in the headlights, then turn the to a ) so someone will just have to grab me, or at least offfer a guiding hand/paw to get me out!

I should get to see the moon this evening. My brother's girlfriend's car broke down, and they need to be in Phoenix this evening so she can catch a plane tomorrow in the am. As the only family member in town currently with working transportation, I'm driving them down.

I'm finding the new job a bit weird to be honest. To be honest although I enjoy the work I"m a bit bored, there isn't really enough to do to keep me busy.

Drat! It's currently one of those rare cloudy days in SoCal, so I may not get to see the moon. Although if there are any breaks in the clouds, it will be spectacular!

I finally broke down last night and turned on the heat. I'm getting over being and it was unusually damp, and I just could not get warm. But then I forgot to turn it off before heading to bed, and woke up with one of those dried-out headaches. Must rehydrate!!!

I am wearing my infamous Yeti slippers as so cold indoors, it was so cold cycling I had to wear my arm lenght fleece lined Gortex mittens as so cold today! I have never worn them since I bought them 30+ years ago as too warm but today they certainly came into their own!

I have a pain in my guts and worse sideeffects as stopping one medication and starting another at same time to stop shakes and head "Tics" which might be caused by medication I am stopping. Hey ho, but I would rather have the temporary sied effects than the REALLY bad shakes and Tics which the bouts of had been getting clpser and closer together.
They call me 'Mr Milk shake' around these here parts,lol!

I realized that the reason I've been wheezing every night is because of the heater and the dry air, so I turned on the humidifier last night... Ah! Muuuuuuch better.

Ag, one of my pet peeves is when somebody else doesn't do their job, making my job harder... this is almost a constant at work.

The new ranger has hurt his back while putting up Christmas decorations.

I am heading out to an interview in ab out two hours. Wish me luck.

And I just finished off the very last bit of that baked potato soup, Lil - muy delicioso! It had gotten frozen in the fridge, and looked a little weird, but when it heated up, it turned all creamy and good again.

I think I'll be making that once the gestational diabetes is all gone

I think it did. I imagine that I won't be hearing back from them for over a week. I was the first candidate interviewed for the position so there is some time to fill before they can be back with me.
