I'm supposed to explain all that to a sloth? 
I have been to visit the forum you posted the URL for. Their primary crime, as far as I was able to determine before a Windoze exception error occurred and crashed my browser, is a crime of unintelligibility. That thread can only be made ineffectual. Because nobody understands it but 3 participants.
