Want to buy a two-bed flat in Glasgow, Z?
Handy for the Cathcart Circle line - and within walking distance of the Vicky?

Mol - on the new tablet Posted Mar 22, 2007
I've brought my own cattle prod .
So DH threw back the curtains this morning and said "Oh my WORD! It's been SNOWING!" in such a way that I fully expected to see drifts six-foot high out there.
In fact it was just a slightly slushy sprinkle. And then a horrible grey day. But I avoided it by completing everything on my work to-do list
I just wish my home to-do list and my Guides to-do list would be as co-operative
Favourite recollection from last thread ... OK, I should have taken notes. So I'll offer to scribe this thread instead.

It's his fault I'm late *points at spud* and also his fault I'm not keeping up with the backlog just now so and
where appropriate...
*waves to Gnomon and Miss Nicky*
He gave me a big gummy grin today so I've almost forgiven him for the lack of sleep...

PWM wanders in looking a bit lost - wondering where everyone had got to and then hearing a lot of noise from another thread sticks his head through the 3rd LED to check if it is the right one! Fortunately it is. looks longingly at a virtual double peruvian expresso, next to a rather fine 32 yr old islay single malt with a touch of spring water and reaches for a bottle of something that tastes like swimming pool water IRL! Ho Hum.

Sorry - little bit of escapism here, all those thoughts of malt whiskey took me off on a little self indulgent trip on pubs. My favourite pub in teh whole wide world is the Old Court House in st Aubins, Jersey, sitting outside in the summer by the harbour and inside by teh log fire in winter, just narrowly beats the Turf Tavern Oxford into second place?

Have given my official notice to my supervisor. 3 weeks and 1 day to go.

I tried to wake you, hayayfi, ... telepathetically. I guess it didn't work.
BTW, congrats and good luck with the new work, GDZ.

kelli! Toby gummy-grinned you? Today? Write it in his baby book, quick! You have one, yes? I didn't for mine but I have kept journals - admittedly the entries are spaced by months, rather than days, but I still take them out and
once in a while. Sentimental fool, me. Each child has a treasure box (more like suitcase now) filled with 'firsts' and 'favourites': first shoes, favourite toys and books, christening gowns, locks of hair, teeth donated back for the cause by the tooth fairy
, quirky drawings, first school uniform etc and so forth. Good thing we have an attic ...
My favourite the last thread would have to be my relieved return to hootoo after aforced three month absence. I do remember cyber kissing the ether it is built on
