Best wishes Hati.
Heads off toward the library to batten down the hatches - or in this case to make sure Mindspring and Ripley aren't able to get into her stash of chocolate covered macadamia nuts during the foop.
It might be a good idea to check the rift portal while I'm there.

Birthday for Hati
I have got 3 hard disks in my PC again. But the original 8 gig one will be copied over and removed in due course. I think H is planning to use that in a back up machine for his stuff and the new hard disk will be used as a back up for the really important stuff on my PC, such as video footage and game files
Z, I am sure the Real Ale membership will prove highly enjoyable

Happy Birthday Hati!
The situation is odd, there is no chance of being forced to buy or rent the land, because no-one owns it. As I said, it is hard for UKians to get their heads around. There have been a couple of legal challenges to the set up, once in the 50s I think, and the courts ruled in favour of the local status quo.

Now, I know that there is only one Italic in the office this week, but I still think it's a pity that we're down to only two edited entries (and a recycled one) on the front page... same thing yesterday. On the bright side - lovely graphic, Amy!

Z lunchtime drinks is always harder to determine whether is a friend or date thing. Weekday evening is so much easier that is a date.
