At least there was no salmon of doubt in my freezer . Although there was some cod of consternation and several sardines of uncertainty.

I just had a sardine sandwich for lunch. But they weren't sardines of uncertainty. At least, I think they weren't.

::whispers an aside to Nora--psssst, Alt + 248::
All of our lovely snow is gone! Three days of 50°F temperatures have turned Western Montana into a soggy, muddy, yucky mess!
I watched the same Two Fat Ladies Marathon, Sporky! And in every episode, as usual, there was something to over. Bigger, better and butter indeed. I'm sure wherever dear Jennifer is, she's looking down upon all of us who love rich food and adding an extra "ounce or two" of butter and a "good pinch" of garlic.

I actually (gasp) watched the entire Superbowl, and was pleasantly surprised that I actually knew that much about football. And was even more pleased that the musical stars at halftime, with the exception of Shania (dubious at best) were actual musicians. No Britney in sock sleeves this year!
Besides, Tampa Bay ROCKED!

Oh thats tough luck Marv
I take it you get another go?
As for the superbowl, all I can say is "I'm sorry I havent a clue",
I've never been able to get the hang of American Football.
I'm another one who still hasn't finished the Salmon of doubt despite buying it when it first came out, I just don't want to finish it.

Marv, you'll do better next time.
It must be freezer week, as I've got to go and do my dear old Dad's. He had exactly the same thing happen to him.

Marv - I've found that I usually get hung up on the stuff I know because my mind doesn't want to absorb it during studying, it's like the mind says *hey I know this stuff* and then skips over it.
Were you close on the test?

MR - I definitely had issues with Shania at halftime ... what a joke ... she was the only one who lipsynched her song.
Now No Doubt and Sting really ran away with it.
As for the Super Bowl .... I'm a Raiders fan ... no idea what happened to them though .... oh well the best team won yesterday .... definitely.
BB - from what I have found, unless you have played American Football, the best way to learn it is to sit with a patient friend who is knowledgalbe (sp?) in the game and willing/able to explain the rules .... it is definitely complicated ... but fun.
Now if someone could explain cricket to me that would be great.

I ched the half-time show this morning (not willingly) and I have to I am quite sick of Gwen (almost type Gwe7n out of habit) Stefani and her navel. Shania's outfit looked like something someone wouldar to get into Studio54.

Marv. I'm sure you'll ace it next time. With the weekend you had, it's no wonder you were too stressed. They should have rescheduled it.
