Morning all!
Yes indeed, just one week till the Denver meet. This weekend will be spent frantically running around and buying everything necessary, while next week will be spent frantically running around getting the house ready. All in all, though, a grand time should be had by all.
Matina, some please. Thank you.

Maybe, sea, you had something slimy hanging out of your nose or some spinach stuck in your front teeth, and he was taking a gander at that!

, the classic would be to have your skirt tucked into your knickers, which is one reason why I never wear them.........skirts that is!

Look what I found today: http://www.msnbc.com/news/718503.asp?cp1=1
I was quite impressed how they described my homeland.

nope, no toilet paper, no skirt fiascoes, no slimy things... and it was kind of dark and he was kind of far away, so he wouldn't really have been able to see those things anyway.
he called me twice this morning to get a phone number that i thought he already had...

I read the article, Hati, I had no idea you were all so wired up there!
Sea it sounds to me as if he is interested!
Lil, Vinnie probably recognised a fellow soft furry creature. Hope you are feeling better today.

Can only be a good thing, Sea, I'm sure.
Lil, I do hope you get better as soon as possible! I've been through my own long strains of incessant coughing, and I hated them. Feels great when they're over, though!
Heavens, coursw*rk may well be finished in some subjects, but now the homew*rk's mounting up again! This time round it's near endless maths, and a past physics paper!

Having had a look at the colour of the water in the pool from the spectator area, I wouldn't have wanted to get into it!

Morning all. Lovely day here in Godzone. Three days to go in the New Zealand pipe bands champs. I may pop over and request Scotland the Brave.

Hmmm - isn't it strange how I've never heard of any of the major fashion houses actually using fur from animals slaughtered for food? My aunt once had a patchwork rabbit fur jacket..........
Lil.....hope you feel better soon.
sea: Ask him out! He may be trying to work himself up to doing it, if you really like him why not make the first move? Or at least offer some encouragement.....

And if you object to that sort of thing you can always go round wearing a pair of vegan (non-leather) DMs

[caer]off to bed and possibly giving the fox fur stole a nostalgic and slightly guilty stroke on the way.

I'm of mixed emotions about furs from less enlightened times. Yes, we know it's wrong now. But we don't want to bury our mother's furs, do we? Should all our great natural history museums tastefully inter their Victorian taxidermy? My favorite bar has a rhino head, it's over 100 year's old. I missed it when it was taken down for a touch up.
