Sorted, JJ.
*waves to bunnyhopping ddombrow*
So far, none of you Palm owners has named a function that I can't do on my desktop or the old-fashioned way, except program a remote. But I am sure I would feel differently if I worked away from home or if I had to share the desktop computer with children.
Oh look, Matina has fed the birds... and raccoons and skunks and deer and... what ~is~ that?

Must be ddombrow's bunnyhopping was so realistic that Matina actually thought he was a bunny.
*winces*

Morning all. I had yesterday off in exhange for sitting in front of the computer all day Saturday (note: BIG hint to someone special ). In any event today is our Valentine's Day Potluck at work. I made baclava for my co-workers. The b*st*rds don't deserve it. Currently I am eating chili and corn chips for breakfast.
Later I will be offering my kingdom for a Zantac.

Thanks for the reminder, Munchkin, I enjoyed that episode. Hear the rumour that Ken Dodd is a possible for the mooted new series?
I am starving myself in readiness for a meal out tonight and as I did receive a bl**dy great big bouquet the ballistic sulk has been avoided.
*stomach rumbles loudly at the thought of chili and corn chips*

*finishes the chili & corn chips, now on to a five bean salad with vinegarette*
On the grandmother front, mine is out of ICU, alive and awake, and on large quantities of painkillers due to the broken rib. Tuesday night we watched Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman together and had lots of insightful comments about the characters on the show. Then we discussed which cheese makes a cheese sandwich really great. Then she announced that she now has a living will, so she "won't have to be plugged into anything or beat to death anymore."

Next time you make a grilled cheese, Sporky, try blue cheese and swiss together on rye.

I wish you had posted that suggestion 30 minutes ago, FG! I had grilled ham and swiss on rye. But there is bleu cheese in the fridge.
*Looking forward to tomorrow's lunch.*
And Sporky, that is one beautiful valentine.

wonders if Affy is planning to be away for a while and has left his cards in advance
