*has yet another slice of birthday cake*

*purrs at Moody, then hops up on the table to see if there are any scraps that she can scam*

*Finishes his bi-helping of desert. Stares at the empty plates mournfully*

That was good....

[Treats himself to a piece of cake and a helping of wall juice (electricty from a wall socket)]

This cake is very good.

*Briefly changes into wolf form, just for fun. Changes back.*

*picks up dragonFLYbot in her beak and flies out of the Hall*

*Helps himself to some cake*

*finds a not quite finished bowl of ice cream in front of someone who is not paying the sort of attention that the dessert deserves and finishes it off for them*

*Enters the banquet hall holding a triangle and stick. He hits the triangle once, generating a clear piercing tone*

All main courses have been served. Although all the apple surprises have been eaten, there is still more ice cream and birthday cake for those who have room.

Brandy, port, and Pimms are being served in the salon.

*a group of bots deploy into the banquet hall and begin clearing plates, cutlery and serving bowls*

*Stands up and clears his throat.*


I would like to thank you all for attending this little soiree. I have enjoyed myself immensely and am delighted with the gifts you have so generously given to me. It's always fun to dress up, but it is doubly so when you can do it with a treasured group of friends. I look forward to the next opportunity.

I'll just be stepping next door now, for a little brandy.

*Heads off to the salon, making a wide berth of the linen closet.*

*They hurriedly dig themselves out of the remaining mash and head for the salon.*

*The Grey Lady's presents run after Hermione and Sirius. Hermione's is a box of chocolates and other goodies (with a few Canary Creams) from Honeydukes, with a spell attatched to order more if she ever runs out. Sirius' is a S.E.P. fielded cloak, with a bottle of brandy in one pocket for Buckbeak.

*giggles*

Well, that was fun. Now, how to get rid of this scar,....
