Mac (having trouble typing with a pug dog in his lap) Posted Oct 4, 2001
I shall not list my many wants and worries and grey hairs. All I wanted to mention are the following.
Squirt Guns
Ray guns and blasters
cheesie sound effects devices
plastic soldiers
soft toys
bad neck ties
tee-shirts
pens
coffee mugs
dollar store toys (game props)
ugly clothes (suitible only for costuming)
SF/F Art
videos
action figures
books
CD's
albums and 45's
rubber bugs, lizards and other creepie crawlies
Legoes
Hmmm, this isn't the list of a 40 year old man. But then, my wife tells me I should be encouraged by that. Thank heaven for a full basement and a soul mate (for where would I put my stuff, and how would we devide it if we separated?)

Munchkin Posted Oct 4, 2001
[Munchkin] Forgot about kilt shoes.
On pets, last house had three cats, two budgies, one dog, and unidentified number of fish and four housemates. I'm somewhat enjoying the peace at the moment.
On guns, used to have double figures water guns, but I seem to have lost them in all my moving of late
On soft toys, One Gordon the Gopher (squeeks), One bat (velcroed), One moose (slumped), one home made Goblin (noosed), one small teddy (grimy), one hand puppet dragon (currently covering a bottle of Talisker) and one sheep (bungied). My flatmate has any number of ones that make disturbing noises, including a Clanger, Austin Powers and strange "Sproinging" things on strings.
I also currently have a large number of pull back and go Daleks, but I shall be soon returning them, maybe

i have a dog. or, rather, my PARENTS have a dog.
throughout the course of my life, we've had:
1 dog
8 parakeets
3 hamsters
4 chickens
2 ducks (mind you, i live in LOS ANGELES)
1 iguana
2 frogs (the water kind, not the land kind)
millions of fish
i couldn't list all my stuffed animals if i tried. as of right now, i have a cat that's about... 13 years old, a rabbit, a leopard, and a gorilla. i only brought four to uni.

Solsbury Posted Oct 4, 2001
Ioreth, I like it and over ten years on from being 17 I can still relate to it all
I have lots of music cds. A fair few books bot LOTS of music cds. The odd mp3 or two as well
Soft toys - Arthur (cos its a good name for a bear) - clasic style bear with moveable arms and legs, stands about 6/7inches tall
little ted (guess why from the description ) - small bear about 3 inches tall
Huxley (named after Thomas and Aldus) - soft toy Dolphin, lives in my normal day to day rucksack been all over the country and beyond
As people have said, the shoes are there for a specific need. I wear the wetboots when diving or kayaking, the rock boots for climbing, the formal shoes for weddings and interviews and the rest whenever I feel like it. I have almost as great a problem as Marv in that I take a UK 13/US 14/EU 48/MP 30 (or a 12/12.5UK depending on the fit of the shoe) and it's hard to find shoes to fit.

I have no pets. I see squirel (grey) and the occasional fox (you hear more of them) and at the moment there are a lot of geese flying about.

Sol Posted Oct 4, 2001
Things I have a lot of...
Hmmm...
Trashy books probably. Detective fiction, science fiction and fantasy. All paperback and all water damaged from being dropped in the bath. Currently residing in black bin bags on their way to the charity shop (for 3 years).
Bootleg cds. I know, I know. But they are only one dollar and the improted ones are sooo expensive. Currently residing in my brother's cd collection.
Things my parents have a lot of. Knick knacks of russian origin. Presents at Xmas, and when ever I go home. Their house looks like a souveneer shop. Note to self, buy them books this Xmas.
Description. After long and careful thought: Solnushka. She can't spell. Sorry. Thank you for bearing with her.
I figured that summed up my online persona and a hefty bit of the offline one too.

Amy the Ant - High Manzanilla of the Church of the Stuffed Olive Posted Oct 4, 2001
[Amy]
Too many shoes to list.
No pets.
No guns.
Soft toys:
Peter the blue teddy bear who should really have belonged to my brother but I stole him .
An orange and white called Christmas - a very subversive name but I won't go into that here.

Titania (gone for lunch) Posted Oct 4, 2001
Most beloved toy very worn and very old teddy bear, furry, paws of dark brown suede, says 'Maaaaa' when tipped forward, almost no fur left on left hind paw since I used to chew on it while growing teeth... told you it was old...
*strange noises can be heard from inside of fridge*

Bumblebee Posted Oct 4, 2001
No guns , no pool, no pets, I ain't got no cigarettes...
But I do have a little brown teddybear that my dad gave me when I was three. It's gone a little bald here and there, and one of the glass-button eyes have gone a bit...glassy..
Titania, is that you I hear from the fridge? Tell me you're not in the crisper!?

Researcher 179388 Posted Oct 4, 2001
Soft toys?
Gregory, teddy bear
Precious, cat
Pikachu that talks
Pets?
Sadie, tortoiseshell cat, adopted from the RSPCA, we took her on 5 years ago after a failed adoption and original owners 'couldn't cope'. She is a lovely cat, but suffers from IBS when upset. I despair of people who expect to be able have pets then ignore them!
No2 son has a fish tank containing:
Elvis, who has a minature quiff on his head and eats algae
Two surface swimmers with evil grins on their faces, can't remember their names.
The Bodregis Dance Team (type of tetra)
The Steve McQueen Fan Club also a type of tetra)
The Anthill mob mysteriously disappeared over a week and my money is on the evil surface swimmers!
Key: Complain about this post
