I aim to drop by at about the same time but am NOT playing softball, cos I'm dressed for the theatre later!

You guys were on here last night when you got back?? By the time we got back to Ipswich we just wanted to go straight to bed. In fact I slept on the train all the way from London

Hi Coelacanth, it was nice to meet you as well, shame you had to go off to the theatre though, but at least you stayed dry How was the play anyway?

I had to get online as I had to text someone's phone (via web cos it is free that way) to say I was in safely.

Sorry I had to leave at 1930 but if I didn't get back early enough I'd have had to pay for a taxi home from the station instead of getting Dad to pick me up. It was great to meet you all. Abi's writing it up, isn't she? I think that's what she said anyway. Some of yesterday has faded into a haze in the cruel light of day shining upon my Chemistry notes. Not to mention the Eurovision Song Contest. Ouch! At least Belgium didn't quite get 0 points, poor little country. Not that the UK did much better of course, but then it was a terrible song anyway.
The chips were nice though, weren't they? How many bowls did everyone eat? I think I must have devoured about 1.25, after my second bowl (ketchup-smothered) got stolen by Kheldar and others who shall remain nameless.
Why does Kheldar not remain nameless? Because he's taller than me and I don't like it!

So you enjoyed yourself then MaW?
I don't know if Abi is doing a write up for a Guide entry, but I'm currently doing one for the Post.

I enjoyed myself. Left later than I had intended, then had a bit of fun walking to Marble Arch and waiting for the bus to Oxford. And then the fog!!! visibility so bad we couldn't see the side of the road. Coach took much longer than normal to get in to Oxford, so didn't get home till after midnight (when I was hoping to back around 11 due to lots to do today)
Glad everyone liked the cake

Fog?? I must have slept through that We got home around 12:45am, later than Anne intended, but she was enjoying herself as much as I was

I know the fog. It rolled out of London and covered my town on the edge by the time I got home. It was quite freaky cos I could see the stuff rolling down the road.
Thanks for the cake BTW, it was fantastic!
Abi, Ash (use that form of your name! ), Andrew, Martin, Zeb and DD kept going for my chips but they were nice. The bangers and mash were nice too. Delicious gravy.
Who has uploaded any digital camera footage?
