Playing bowls means my head and neck are getting a bit of colour but under the shirt pastey white as anything.

I saw an article on GMTV this morning about British mens legs and how they shouldn't be exposed to shorts. Well I've got a good pair of pins so weather permitting they'll be catching some rays as opposed to the usual regulation long white trousers.

Me too, but it may all be academic because I've just checked the forecast... a nice white cloud with a sun behind it, and max temperature of 20°C!
