*runs into the kitchen again, starts banging pots and pans*
*shows up in the doorway*
And that menu is out of date - we only have spaghetti - cooked al dente of course! Served with either of these two sauces:
Carbonara: bacon, onions, cream, eggs, cheese Parmeggiano
Peperonata: green, red and yellow bell peppers, onions, garlic, basil and marjoram. Freshly grated Parmeggiano on the side.

Whoa..nearly missed the turn...litre caraffe of ruffino please and a big bowl of spaghetti carbonara lashings of parmagianno and freshly milled black pepper and a side order of garlic bread.....gratsi milli...
