Oh dear, you really have got the wrong idea, haven't you?
You'll be asking a/s/l next.
*Tchoh!* I ask you.
You poor, poor fool

The blankness of this thread and the subject of the first question conjures up a picture of Jim Lynn sitting in front of his computer waiting.. waiting.. because the silly sod thinks its a chatroom.
You poor, poor fool
Jim Lynn Posted Jun 8, 1999
I trust you noticed the date of the post. We launched about 6 weeks ago. So not only did I mistake it for a chatroom, but I was posting entirely on my own, with no hope of a reply.
That's how sad I am.

No, Jim. I was just considering your question at considerable length. I have thought about it very deeply. No, I am not from Cleveland.

Actually I know someone from Cleveland. but it's Cleveland in the North East of England, rather than Ohio, but then Jim din't specify Cleveland OH, did he?

I think given the paucity of Cleveland natives thus far, any Cleveland or reasonable facsimile thereof would be acceptable.
You poor, poor fool
egon Posted Mar 23, 2003
fair enough.
So I know someone from a Cleveland, if not the Cleveland, although he isn't on h2g2, so that's not much use, is it?

Telling Jim Lynn he's a fool and how to use the site
I love running across ancient history...
Anyone know if Technicolor Yawn ever actually recovered from sticking their foot in their mouth?

GreyDesk Posted Apr 20, 2003
I've been through Cleveland on the train. Does that count?

hang on, where is Cleveland? I keep thinking of Ohio, for some reason? Am I even warm?
Well, I´ve been to Cincy and since Cincy's airport is in Kentucky, I´ve been there too...
(this is officially the oldest thread I´ve participated in. I´m so proud )
cheers ismarah
ps. Not from Cleveland. Maybe me not knowing where it is gave it away, but I´d like to state so quite clearly anyway :-p
