I’m not familiar with the guide ML – I’d probably mess everything up!
I’ll remind you… let’s say at least once a week. To everyone who waits to be listed: I promise that I’ll poke Kat until she puts you on the list… and if necessary I’ll have a look at the guide ML and do it myself. We’ll see.

Having finally remembered what the Language Thing password is I'm now adding puzzler, welcome
However, on a note to...well everyone else and mainly Katkodl, I'm taking people off the list who haven't posted in at least a month. The German list looks very impressive but is deceptive.
If your name has accidently been taken off when you are actually here and alive then please do say so.
And anyone who knows that someone is lurking then please encourage them to come out of the woodwork...
Kat

Well, I'm lurking in *this* conversation, but that's about it.
I'm okay with you taking me off the list. I'll hopefully come back some day.

I'm from Austria, so some evil people whould not call the thing I speak German. But that should not be any problem. I hope.
I just try to find some friends here, B'Elena picked me up in ASK (thanks again) and sent me here.
I brought some , is anybody here who wants it? ?

Hello Tavaron! Nice to have another teacher around!
I have to admit that I was neglecting the teaching thread throughout the last weeks. I'm really sorry. It's just that my lecture on "comparison" kind of doesn't add up, and I'm pretty much suffering from time famine... But I will complete it! Some day...

Hello! I'm here I'm here! *pants and keels over under the *
I'll get you nicely up on the list of members in a bit.
So...places to talk to people in German...there's the German Speaking Thread, and if you fancy teaching German to people there are the teaching threads. Although we seem to have roughly TWO learners right now and one is me
Katkodl (ratkodl, sweetie WHY does it say that??) is our head of department, which means she keeps an eye on everything, runs the lessons, directs conversation in the speaking thread if it starts getting a bit tired or people forget it, that sort of thing. Basically if you have any problems or questions about the German section she's the person to talk to.
If you have any questions about The Language Thing in general then I'm the person to talk to
There's also an English Thread around if you would like to improve your English. We haven't done anything in there for a while because people have had exams and the like, and there aren't many people around, but we'll be very happy to have you.
Think that's about it right? We're very friendly
Kat

Wow... that was fast! Thanks!
Hello everybody!
Maybe I could get a learner, I'll ask him tomorrow, but he's got his exams now and so he has not much time. I'll ask him.
I'll look at all this tomorrow, I wont stay long anymore today, I'll have a day full of "something like statics"-courses tomorrow...
Thanks
