[Thurin] I'm not entirely sure, he's one of Shaylar's students and this is..

[Wolf] I am still here so kindly do not speak of me as if I wasn't. I can do things to you which would make you wish I had killed you. Thurin I shall be on my way

*and so saying Wolf leaves*

[Thurin] that was my brother and he's not just a werewolf..I'm guessing the package he wishes collecting is his 'medication'

[Ecg Unagi]: ", nice family... Hehheh, I'm not going to bother saying, I know what that's like because I'm not a were-anything,-but if it's any consolation(/consolidation)... I daresay having one side of the family hex those who upset them,-and the other lays siege to those who displease them, uh..."

*Realizes that he is trailing off about his own family and shuts-it.*

*The look Ecg gives to Thgurin seems to suggest that he was about to say,- "is a little-similar?"*

[Ecg Unagi]: ", say... Lord Thurin, Tom - (When, I nearly froze myself to death in the kitchens back there), Er,- that is to say... Is there like any sort of a central drainage system to the dining hall? ...Um,- I kinda hadn't really noticed."

*Wonders if he should probably start to try and climb up the wall & head for the ceilingsupport beams again*

[Thurin] Hah. If you think to compare your family to mine maybe you should find out a little more first. My sister and her husband are members of the Dark Allience and would happily kill you without giving it a second thought. They belive you are inherantly inferior to us and they would have no compunction against enslaving all of humanity and farming them like common beasts.. They have even killed kinsfolk whom they deemed as inferior.

[Ecg]: *Shrugs* almost-in a tongue-in cheek sorta way.
"Well, yeah, I hadn't really been assuming you were about to say that. So -If I'm a warlock (or at least a significant part one), does that make me demonic? The churches,- I think they'd say yes... most villages tend to share a similar... , "attitude," I guess you could say."

*The homunculus clinging to Ecg's halberd shrugs, just to be ... since it is starting to get bored.*

"Is your brother... does he really want to kill me based off a bad first impression or is he always like that?"
*Laughs at himself, warily*

[Eal]: (to both Ecg and Thurin) : ~To answer that other question you were asking Ecg, , no... The dining hall is starting to flood... there's water 'till nearly full up the benches and a little below the tabletops... that's why I could swim around in there and explore it.~

[Ecg Unagi]: "Do werewolves... know how to swim?"
*Shudders -kind of*

*Halimar enters and waits for Lady Shaylar.*

*Enters*

Ok let me see what you've learned

*Halimar thinks back to the books that Lady Shaylar had given him. Concentrating intently, he creates a small tornado. At first it's unstable but as he puts more effort into it steadies itself and holds its form.*

How's that, ma'am?

Very good, your control of your magic has improved

now how about water

*Smirks*

*Ecg Ubagi chooses to act as though he hadn't heard that.*

*Ecg's Homunculus though, makes a face at Lady Shaylar*

*grins nervously*

I'll try not to make it rain inside like I did last time.

*Halimar dismisses the tornado so that he can concentrate more fully on water. He mutters a spell he memorized under his breath and a sphere of water forms in the air in front of him. He splits the water into two and makes the two orbs to orbit each other before they sink into each other and become one again. Lastly, he makes the water solidify and freeze into ice, creating a large hailstone that hovers in the air before falling to the ground.*

Was that satisfactory, ma'am? *He asks, panting heavily.*

Very good, you have improved tremendously, have a rest before continuing

*Halimar sits down and leans against the wall for a few minutes to rest before getting back up.*
