MB, having read posting 29 agrees with all 5 regulations... and will add a sixth.. Promise to keep lab book up to date, signed and witnessed.
signs paper and hands to Behind Geddon's wall, The Wall of death! (chemist-assassin, keeper of the hooded swan).
feels guilty for earlier mayhem in lab18... "Can I have a key card please?"
Although... wet chemistry... I haven't indulged in that for over 20 years, into NIR, FTIR these days so some retraining may be called for!

*Hands keycard to MB, keycard is attuned to MB's thumbprint and biosignature*
They are trying to stop me from doing wet chemistry, demanding that I use titrators. Fine, but the *&^%$£ things need to be validated, and calibrated every 5 minutes. Give me a grade A burette anyday (rant over)

Thanks for the keycard
Come on! It's after 5pm on Poets don't mention the dreaded "V" word until Sodit morning! I'm overdue for an F&DA visit, busy trying to offload "V" issues to another, less canny soul.
titration, pipette, volumetric flasks, serial dilutions, gravimetric analysis mobile phase,... Aaah memories, the dim rememberings of a desk bound chemist...

That's he one thing I manged to avoid, despite my boss threatening to nail my feet to the floor to make me do the ever growing mountain of paperwork. Much happier at a bench, adjusting chromatoraphy data systems with a metaphoric 7-lb lump hammer.

sounds therapeutic
recently had a suposed qualified analyst put 100% MeOH down a reverse phase column immediately after PO4 buffer.
The hammer I wante to use wasn't metaphoric! The little get's out of hospital on Sodit!
Anyway there was a conversation somewhere recently about getting Shatner on TOTP. I was at the time (yes me!) so can't remember where this thread was, but now I'm sober it occurs to me we could look into the psychological effects of playing Shatner and Nimoy records and the effect this has on their cognitive processes and willingness to cause harm. What beter trial group than teenagers watching TOTP?
See what happens when I don't have a . The Helsinki agreement (http://www.wma.net/e/policy/b3.htm) and hypocratic oath are forgotten! Then again I am my own experiment... the various stages of juniper flavoured alcohol withdrawal and the effect on the psyche. I feel a paper comng on!
