I am researching how to control the minds of the ducks so that they carry out my plans and purposes while still appearing to carry out their normal duties. I aim to become the Duck Commander and will need space and equipment to carry out the basic research. I willpropbably not qualify for funding as my purposes are nefarious and selfish and evil.
