'Alabama', about Rosa Parks and the Montgomery Bus Boycott is covered in A1364285. It's a bit long, so I'll trim it down and get back to you

And I still don't know what's happening about "heavy metal suicide" which you gave to EV back in post 22 - but my copy of the lyrics has as two different subjects, "heavy metal" and "suicide".

Wildman - I suspect you're right. I'd always thought of Heavy Metal Suicide as being all in one, but both would work well. I'll leave the issue open.

Surely it's "heavy metal suicide" as in the kids who were supposedly driven to kill themselves by subliminal messages in Judas Priest records? That's what I was going to write about anyway...

I was just going by the lyrics in the booklet that accompanied the copy of the CD that I own.
I would have thought that 'Heavy Metal' was worth an article of it's own, and 'Suicide' would have referred to the upswing in suicide statistics amongst the younger age-groups that included the examples you mention.
