I just got the impression Ideno backed away as she thought she'd bagged someone else's pick, when in fact she hadn't. As long as someone covers t though, I'm sure it'll all be fine

Looking at Whisky's already covered thread, Belgians in the Congo is covered by a fine and comprehensive entry. I'll go for Russians in Afghanistan instead. If that's already taken, I'm more than happy to take some weird and obscure issue.
