Lil, my inquiries are not in regards to the prohibition of my blocking device,( which hinders my telekenetic ability ), but more in regards to any laws requiring it's usage.

Gnight Darth Solent.
Valis, that question is too technical for me. We need to refer it to the fellows at CLI, who also happen to be my landlords. If you stop by tomorrow, I can give you addresses.

Okay, I'll continue wearing it as to not risk breaking any rules as available at this time.

Latin.
"Valere" (Vb): to bid farewell.
Hence sign-offs such as "Vale" = "CU later"
Another OP tea, please IIEM

*goes to back of room and fetches folded-up, neatly pressed and clean anorak, and brings it to where Kes is seated*
Here, the bot cleaned this for you this morning.

Kes Posted Aug 9, 2000
Thanks - that's fantastic - the tear is mended, and the zip's fixed ... and it doesn't smell any more.
Is there a charge? .. I'm afraid I don't have any money. Do you accept washing up?

No charge and Bluebottle would get jealous if you started to do his job. But I do advise you to leave the cafe as fast as you can if the cleaning bot comes out of the broomcloset while you're in this condition. It handles even the biggest clots of dirt. When it found Peregrin down in the men's room all covered in molasses it just swallowed him.
Disgorged him all unharmed and clean ... and naked. And surprised. But that's a whole nother story.
Anyway. I'm turning in for the night. The IIEM is on autopilot, y'all know the drill. If a blue orangutan comes in later, why, he lives here like I told you earlier.
Gnight everyone. *leaves via back door*

Many thanks, Lil - and thanks for the warning.
Well - time to relax a bit.
I found one of those "full expression" piano rolls at home - some Debussy.
OK with you if I set the player piano/pianola going?

Where is everyone tonight? Gardening?

Kes Posted Aug 9, 2000
Thanks. I find it's better to ask first. If Lintilla's around she gets very possessive about "her" piano.
There - that's the roll hooked up - away we go. Feel free to suggest something different for the next one.

Yeah, all is well. There are some great people out there. My only problem is that I can't seem to pry myself away from this damn computer. Maybe I'm stuck in here.

LOL
Yes the old h2g2 addiction rearing it's head again. I get really narked when I can't get online at least once a day. Even if it's just to catch up. Like now. *finishes coffee*
Sorry to bail so soon after meeting, but c'est la vie.
No doubt catch you tomorrow? I might even get some real time on here
Later.
*waves goodbye and heads out the door*
