Lord Job Boron. That's Lord Job Boron To You! Posted Dec 17, 2004
You're welcome. it probably wouldn't be as exciting anyway. But that doesn't mean I don't want to do springs.

Starting the new thread involves describing the place, usage of IIEM, explaining some rules and usually the intro also mentiones Ook. Whe is he anyway, I haven't seen him for quite some time. Then again, I haven't been around much myself.
I guess the Christmas thread should also include some and such.

Hati Posted Dec 17, 2004
It depends on the skin you use but in general there must be a button for starting a new conversation, if not here then at the Café A-page.

You might also want to check the first posting of the older threads. That gives quite some ideas what it's all about here.

*The door chimes ting-a-ling and GL enters, wearing a carolling outfit. He clears his throat, then begins singing:*
Just hear that door bell jingling
Ring ting tinglin' too
Come on, it's lovely weather
for an espresso together with you.
Inside the Aroma cafe
are friends who say "Yoo Hoo"
Come on, it's lovely weather
for an espresso together with you.
Get-a-cup, get-a-cup, get-a-cup, and sit
Let's talk for a bit
We're waiting for the caffeine shot to hit
Get-a-cup, get-a-cup, get-a-cup, it's grand
with a mug in your hand
And up in the roof is the proof of a blue orangutan
The cleaning bot is mean, but the place is clean, I think
And anything you choose comes without any booze to drink
The IIEM is truely a gem that serves
So stay for a while then leave with a smile from Irv's
*Bows*

Hmmm lets see if I can remember this one...
Good King Wenceslas looked out, Out of woolworths window, when a snowball hit his snout, hard and cold and even, brightly shone his nose that night, though the frost was cruel and I cant remember the next line but Im sure it was something about gruel.
There was another version as well where once he sees the guy collecting wood he tells him to b****r off basically.

Good King Wenceslas looked out, on the Feast of Stephen,
An apple hit him on the snout and made it all uneven!
O come all ye faithful,
I could do with a plateful,
Of hot plum pudding and a dozen mince pies.
And, in the pantry,
I can smell the brandy,
Oh come let's kick the door in,
Oh come let's kick the door in,
Oh come let's kick the door in,
And get drunk!
We three kings of Leceister Square,
Selling ladies underwear,
How fantastic, no elastic,
Only a pound a pair!
Star of wonder, star of night,
Oops! I set my pants alight!
Westward leading, still proceding,
Blow it up with dynamite!
Jingle bells, Batman smells,
Robin laid an egg,
The Batmobile lost it's wheel,
And the bad guy broke a leg, hey!

Joy to the world,
The Teacher's dead!
We barbecued her head!
What did we do with the body,
We flushed it down the potty,
Now we're having fun instead!
Deck the halls with gasoline,
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la!
Light a match and watch it gleam,
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la!
Watch the school burn down to ashes,
Fa-la-la, fa-la-la, la-la-la!
Aren't you glad you played with matches?
Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la!

Not really a spin off (unlike many of his songs) but it is christmassy- try Weird Al Yankovics 'The Night Santa Went Crazy'. Or any other of Weird Als songs for that matter.

Makes sense but I've never heard of it. Smells Like Nirvana is the most famous one I believe.
