The artist reversed the masts on the schooner, incidentally, which has its transom to the artist but the tallest mast farther away.

Yes. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the photos; the area isn't all built up. 120 years go by and you can still recognise the landmark. Does Culver Cliff face to the east?
