And let's not forget the plans for a meet-up in Phoenix this autumn. I'm planning a big rail trip out to New Mexico and since we all talked about it on the list, I'll certainly include Arizona in the trip. It could actually be a decent-size gathering if Courtesy & Stragbasher and Gw7en show up too. And maybe Beeblefish -- anybody hear from Beebs lately? -- and Alana could come down. Who knows who might make plans if we gave enough notice?
Irv, I think I'd like some Japanese green tea in a plain earthenware cup, please.

Shame you all can't make London for the birthday party. Is your Phoenix meet private or can anyone come?
I only ask because the aged father (IRL) lives in Wichita and I could combine two visits into one and thus justify the expense to myself if not to my bank manager.

Since the Hardware Gods souped everything up, I find I'm exploring a bit more. Did you know that you can get to Niagara Falls from here by bus? Of course, now I REALLY wish my user page would display more than the latest 8 threads I'm involved in...
