Well, two of the largest stock-holders have said yes, meaning Hilton has more than 50% of the shares - only obstacle now seems to be either someone else outbidding them (not very probably) or the EC saying something about competition - but this business would make Hilton the second largest hotel group in Europe, not THE largest...
Wonderful staff benifits - 20 GBP per double room per night - all over the world!
And to further add to the general state of confusion I'm in, I've decided to apply for a job at our head-office - wish me luck...

Nothing exciting. Just don't often get online at the same time as anyone else.
At the moment, however, I am trying to locate some materials I can use to teach a bunch of ten year olds English whilst doing a project about space. And so far I have come up with nix, nada, nothing. "Web as an invaluable source of reasearch and materials" indeed.
