And if you don't mind, please give your vote for the new name for the pub that used to be called Forum & Firkin.
Maybe we should do something similar?

Bumblebee, I believe we should start a rename the café thread, however unless Irv comes back we may not be able to officially change the name.
What would everyone think about acting as "Proprieter of the week" too? We could rotate the duties of starting new threads, cleaning up the place, changing the IIEM filters, feeding Ook, etc.
Which reminds me, IIEM, some Ook food please. He's looking kind of thin.
Ook: ook.

And apparently my singing is cause for offence.
The main idea of that moderated post was "Happy Birthday 1-i!"

Dear me! We are not allowed to sing unless we write the lyrics by ourselves???

It has stayed for 6 minutes already. One of my postings was removed in 3 minutes today. I wonder how they do it. I mean find it so quickly.

IIEM, a quintuple-extra-caffeinated latte for the moderator, please.
/* Places latte in mid-air, where it mysteriously diasappears */

"What would you think if I sang out of tune,
Would you stand up and moderate out me?"

*back from meeting*
hey guys!
Can't stay, so many parties going on that I can't keep up with this forum as well...
I'll pop in again later.
See ya!

Thanks, BB.
Today it's quite tea-kind of weather.

Bumblebee, I sang the same song that you did, only spelled correctly. But since I've always heard that any commercial use of the happy birthday song must pay royalties to "two old ladies in England" (that's the way I heard it as a kid) I also posted a comment wondering how long the post would last. That's probably what nicked it.
I would like to propose a new drink be programmed into the IIEM - the "Moderatté" - so whenever we need to offer something to the Moderators, all we have to do is ask. It should have loads of caffeine.
Now I'm late for w*rk, so I'm heading out. Have a good weekend everyone.
