1)When you go to the main page for the log in/registration both theese pages are blank appart from a couple of liks
return to the bbci
previous page
At the bottom of the page

2)when there was the form`s to fill in page one was fine page two was fine but it would`t link to the third
page it sent you to the very front page with the welcome on it

3)Every so often i will click the link that lets us in h2g2 and it will
not recognise the link i have just used

If i think or come accross any thing il let you know asap

I seem to be banging my head against a brick wall, keep having to repeat this.
If your account has already been migrated YOU DONT NEED THE LINK to get into H2 it only lasts a couple of days anyway.

Go to the main page.
Click on "create a new bbci account.
Enter all you OLD detail into the boxes (it must be exactly the same details you use for you account nt normally)
Click on "go to stage 2"
It will col come up with "Do you think you are already a member"
Click on YES.
It will take you to another page
Enter PASSWORD
Answer secret question.
Your in, no need for validation e.mail links. After this, you can use the link you used to get into H2 before SSO
I hope you understood that, I'm tired of trying to tell people and them not understanding

Just to clarify what i posted above.
This procedure does NOT take you to a new account. It takes you back to the account you migrated
How do you think i get in here everyday without an e.mail validation link!!!

Venus... That's why it's important to have all the _alternative_ solutions [as in "until the Technical Team fixes the problems"] in one place for people to find what they need without having to go through threads/backlogs etc... That was one of the reasons we wrote the page for the plain skin... to avoid having to type again and again [especially as digiboxes don't have the 'cut and paste' facility] the instructions to get Digibox Users' spaces in plain skin...

The other bonus being that, if needed, these pages can be emailed through PCs... Something i forgot to mention but could be very useful once the page is ready [or at least in a presentable form with as much info as possible] as we could email this page to all the Digibox Users who can't log in...

I will list/add your alternative solution on the page obviously and as soon as humanely possible [unfortunately I won't be able to do much until Sunday as I'm working Thursday/Friday/Saturday nights but your solution is on the top of the priorities for the page...]...

But, it is also very important that the Digibox Users tell us what are the problems they've encountered with as many details as possible so that the Technical Team can look into it and eventually fix at least some of them...

Oh and before i forget: "Morning everyone..." though for me it's the equivalent of very late at night...

Your right about how to get on h2g2 but not all digibox users are able to click on anything after the upgrade took place.
The page goes blank,once you do click on anything ie login/signin
Thus there is a need for the link that i myself have to use untill h2g2 sort out the problems digi box users face when loging in..

I know there are a few that have migrated sucsessfully, this may be because telewest have upgraded there set top boxes for those who have migrated successfully. (just a theory)

Yeh i get a blank screen as well

Tellewest are updateing there software and some have been done i think these are the ones that have migrated there account
Ones that haven`t are geting a blank screen

ive been upgraded by telewest .i seem to be but still have a few problems now and then tho

I get the Music when it goes to the page that it retunes to when you turn it off and back on again

But im not sure it has been updated tho im still geting a blank screen

intern you will know they have changed the interactive around.+its quicker but beware it adds words all the time +it deletes things it shunt

They havent done mine yet then

its all boxes and the games are in the same box as the email.+when you put it on its got front row on nomore .music channels on in the backround +no more teletext when you get bored

i havent been updated and have no problems dont use login as its blank i use register and copy what venus says and have no problems getting in

just got booted took me 10 minutes to get back+ 5 emails from bbci

You are obviously not understanding what i am saying, Its got Nothing to do with the "blank" re-registration page, this is an ALTERNATIVE and its not blank, and if your account has already been migrated you DONT need the link...
Oh i give up this is hopeless

venus the problem that midnight "waves" mentioned is a problem that occurs when digibox users try to sign in i now use the method that youve mentioned
