no that's somthing else a pnumatic valve is a big heave peice of cast Iron that sits rather btween two pieces of pipe to eithier let it flow or not, but if you are going to take one out from btween the pipe theat it has been perfectly happy sitting btwwen for much too long it os best to turn off the water first. hehehe
sorry still new at this eventually I will get better sea stories, promise.
but here to you me and anyone else who is foolish enugh to be up this late, er early

Don't worry - I'm sure that after a pint or two, the stories will get better, or maybe after We've had a pint or two, they'll seem to get better
