Geographical Entries in Peer Review
Number Six Started conversation Oct 10, 2003
Just thought I'd start a new thread here for everyone to let us know when they've submitted a Geographical entry to PR.
Gnomon's just submitted an entry on the French Pyrenees to Peer Review - it's over at F48874?thread=328096
I also spotted one by Maz, on Tinto Hill in Scotland - that one's at F48874?thread=327599. It's her first attempt at getting something into the EG (it's been to the Flea Market and back as she was thought to have left the building) so I s'pose this is the kind of entry we should try and give a bit of support to...

And we have some more here...
Well, there was A1302968 - Taxis in Bangkok, Thailand, but it seems to be doing rather well anyway
A1909442 - Kilve Beach is about a beach in Somerset - currently not quite EG material but what there is looks pretty good and I reckon our help could be the crucial factor here...
Mickey Thomas' Right Foot's entry on Baku, Azerbaijan is here - A1157609
A1343170 - The Kaufmann Desert House: pointbeing's latest offering on a Modernist Classic in the USA.
And to finish, a couple of USA-based ones that look as though they may be heading for the Flea Market:
A1104652 - The Fox Valley, Illinois, USA
A1059130 - Pierce County, Washington state, USA

Well the Kilve beach one looks like a good start. I could use a pick, and I figure nursing one up is better than a couple of gazumps I'm contemplating
I think I'll have an entry on my hometown very soon.

Just to say, I got an e-mail a few days ago saying that my entry about Bangkok Taxi's had been accepted. Which is lovely!

Okay, so this one isn't in PR, but I could still use comments - I'm working on an update of the entry on New York City. My work in progress is at A1107992
It's in the collaborative writing workshop now.
