Thought I'd be fair and stick my neck on the block, you may ridicule and egg me on and remind me to do somthing. Please!

You haven't been doing anything either??? What's your excuse?
Well, I seemed to have a bit of a glitch for about a week or so - mostly not posting rather than not doing any sort of activity, but the bike was not an option for awhile due to broken brake cable and flat tyre and shop not being open. But now all that has been sorted.
Newest 'excuse' is that Blues Shark is here visiting for two weeks and so, again, have not been posting or keeping track of my activities, but in fact I have been walking much more than usual showing Blues around town.
And so, my plan is this. That I will start posting my activities again on September 1, the day after Blues leaves. And those *will* include the workouts more often (this is my new personal challenge). I think I am going to have a slow month workwise in September, and it won't be as hot as it was in August, so I would like to use this month to focus on doing more activities more often.
And you? What have you been (or not been) doing?
How is your health?
Must go for now. A two or three hour walk is planned for this morning. But as I say, I feel it best to just start afresh on the first of the month with daily postings.
BUT I WILL KEEP MY EYE ON YOU!!!

Go Doc Go! Rah rah rah! Um, okay not very encouraging that. But you're still doing better than I am. I wouldn't even consider sit ups (although maybe once I start the WW thing I will)

I thought you did Yoga Teru?
Bike riding is good, I like it because it speeds up my metabolism.
Might do some swimming tomorow.

hi Dr MO,
Oh nuthin much up - just keeping my eye on you!
Otherwise, just waiting to go out for a nice dinner with Blues and then to a concert of medieval music in the Royal Palace Gardens (quite a lovely venue).
Did a LOT of walking this morning.
Okay okay okay . . . I know that I was the one to start this activities challenge with you and that I am wimping out at the moment - but it is only temporary.
I am going to be totally back into things next Monday. Promise!
And you?
